Pembroke Mews

Project Brief
Elm Gray has many private investors as clients.  One such client developed and built 4 mews apartments off Pembroke Road.  We were tasked to work with the architect consulting on the interior design of the project, paint colours, lighting etc.  We then furnished for corporate clients.  Space was a challenge in these units so it was imperative to maximise layouts with clever furnishings.  Spatial analysis was conducted, and the properties furnished ensuring optimum rents were achieved.
