Two Oaks

Project Brief
Contracted by one of Irelands leading property funds Ardstone,  to design, import and fitout their largest development to date Two Oaks, under the main contractor Walls.  Two  Oaks when complete will have 590 fully let and managed properties with several high end amenity spaces. 

Elm Gray worked with the Ardstone Team to create an aesthetic that was uniquely theirs, a scheme that had a new feeling, a new era, paired back comfort, clean and contemporary whilst still maintaining their high quality and durability. As sustainability is at the forefront  in Ardstone, our Procurement Strategy for this project was  50% Irish, 20% European, 30% Asia.
