Project Brief
The furnishing of Phase Two of Santry Place was awarded to Elm Gray, a development built by Dwyer Nolan containing 123 apartments over two blocks. With a very tight lead time, Elm Gray furnished this development quickly to allow for immediate rental and occupancy.
