Project Brief
With a 6 week lead time, Elm Gray commenced on site for Greystar, furnishing their 342 apartments in the award winning Griffith Wood development. 

Working closely with Cairn on final weeks of PC, our team seamlessly moved through the blocks, quietly with expert planning.  Having a very tight lead time, we used our relationships with suppliers, working with European markets to source suitable product for such large quantities. Together with the Greystar team, we designed a scheme that is both contemporary and resilient.  Using our own upholsterers, we manufactured all headboards and sofas in house, importing the chosen fabrics from an approved mill in Lithuania.

Greystar chose the colours of the upholstery to match the branding colours of the development.  A nice touch.
