Project Brief
Contracted by one of Irelands leading property funds Ardstone, to design, import and fitout the beautiful Plunket Hall, developed by Dwyer Nolan.
Elm Gray worked with the Ardstone team to chose a contemporary, calming aesthetic to compliment the stunning coastal views and outdoor space surrounding this beautiful development. Bespoke, durable signature fabrics & furnishings created a very unique and original space for its residents to call home.
The procurement strategy for this project was 70% Irish, 20% European & 10% Asian.
